WESCOM RESOURCES GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF ECU TECHNOLOGIES

Pasadena, Calif. — December 5, 2007 — Wescom Resources Group (WRG), a provider of Internet Banking and back-office efficiency solutions for credit unions, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Pennsylvania-based eCU Technologies, a technology and consulting provider for credit unions.  This acquisition, which is subject to the completion of a review, is expected to close by December 31st.  It will further enable WRG to provide credit unions with advanced technology solutions that give them a competitive edge.  The product and service lines of WRG and eCU are highly complementary.  The acquisition will create significant new areas of value for new and existing credit union clients.
